Beet Ginger Apple Glow Juice
A vibrant cold-pressed style juice blended from earthy beets, tart apple, fresh ginger, and a squeeze of lemon for a nutrient-dense energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 medium raw beet, peeled, chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, chopped
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups cold water or coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes

Add 1 peeled, chopped medium raw beet, 1 cored, chopped Granny Smith apple, 1 inch peeled fresh ginger, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups cold water or coconut water, and 1 cup ice cubes to a high-powered blender.

Blend on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds until very smooth.

Pour through a fine-mesh strainer or nut-milk bag set over a pitcher, pressing and squeezing to extract all the juice. Discard the pulp or save it for baking.

Stir the juice, taste, and add a small extra squeeze of lemon if desired.

Pour into chilled glasses over ice and serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours; shake well before serving.
