Cajun Club Sandwich
A spicy, triple-decker sandwich layered with seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, ripe tomatoes, and spicy mayo. Simple to prepare for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cutlets, sliced
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 bacon strips, cooked crispy
- 12 white bread slices, toasted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 large tomato, sliced
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves

Season 1 lb sliced chicken breast cutlets evenly with 2 tsp Cajun seasoning.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp hot sauce until smooth.

Spread mayo mixture onto one side of each slice of 12 toasted white bread slices.

Layer chicken, 8 cooked crispy bacon strips, 2 sliced large tomato, and 8 romaine lettuce leaves between three slices of bread to build each club sandwich.
