  • 2 packets Cajun boil seasoning packet
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 4 ears corn on the cob, cut into chunks, cut into chunks

  • 1.5 lbs large shrimp (21-25 count), peeled and deveined, peeled and deveined
  • 2 lbs crab legs
  • 2 lemons, halved, halved
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1/2 lb butter, melted (for serving), melted
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, chopped

Instructions

    Bring 8 quarts water to a rolling boil in a very large pot.

    Add 2 packets Cajun boil seasoning packet, 1/2 cup salt, 2 halved lemons, halved, 8 garlic cloves, and 4 bay leaves. Stir well.

    Add 2 lbs baby potatoes and 1 lb sliced andouille sausage, sliced. Return to a boil and cook for 8 minutes.

    Add 4 ears cut into chunks corn on the cob, cut into chunks and cook for 4 minutes.

    Add 2 lbs crab legs and 1.5 lbs peeled and deveined large shrimp (21-25 count), peeled and deveined and cook for 4-5 minutes until large shrimp (21-25 count), peeled and deveined turn pink and crab legs is heated through.

    Drain everything in a large colander.

    Spread onto a table covered with newspaper or butcher paper for a rustic presentation.
