  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 20 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (or reduction)

  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
