Ingredients

  • 2 cups Champagne or dry sparkling wine (Prosecco or Cava work well), well chilled
  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice, chilled
  • 4 orange slices or twists

Instructions

    Chill your Champagne flutes in the freezer for 5 minutes before serving, or fill them briefly with ice water and discard before pouring.

    Pour 2 cups chilled fresh-squeezed orange juice into each flute, filling it halfway.

    Slowly pour 2 cups well chilled Champagne or dry sparkling wine (Prosecco or Cava work well) down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles, filling to the top.

    Give the glass a single gentle stir if needed. Garnish with an 4 orange slices or twists and serve immediately.
