Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (or labneh)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional, for extra tang), crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried mint
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, combine 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (or labneh) and 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional, for extra tang). Mash the feta into the yogurt with a fork until mostly smooth.

  2. 2

Add 1 clove minced garlic clove, 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, and 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Mix well to combine.

  3. 3

Season with 1/4 tsp salt. Taste — the yogurt's natural tanginess should shine through. Add more garlic or herbs as preferred.

  4. 4

Transfer to a shallow serving dish. Use the back of a spoon to create swirls on the surface.

  5. 5

Drizzle with 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp dried mint. Serve with warm pita, bread, or raw vegetables.
