Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold whole milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

    Add 1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned), 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, 1/2 cup cold whole milk, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, and 1/4 tsp ground cardamom to a blender.

    Add 8 ice cubes and blend on high speed for 60 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

    Taste and adjust sweetness with more granulated sugar if desired.
