Mango Lassi
A creamy, sweet, and tangy Indian yogurt drink blended with ripe mango pulp and a hint of cardamom. Thick, cool, and incredibly refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold whole milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 8 ice cubes

Add 1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned), 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, 1/2 cup cold whole milk, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, and 1/4 tsp ground cardamom to a blender.

Add 8 ice cubes and blend on high speed for 60 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

Taste and adjust sweetness with more granulated sugar if desired.

Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a pinch of cardamom on top.
