Passionfruit Iced Tea
A tropical and fragrant iced black tea sweetened with honey and brightened by tart passionfruit pulp. Served over ice for a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 4 black tea bags
- 4 cups boiling water
- 4 tbsp passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen, about 4 fruits)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 4 cups ice cubes

Steep 4 black tea bags in 4 cups boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool to room temperature.

While the tea is still warm, stir in 2 tbsp honey until dissolved.

Stir in 4 tbsp passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen, about 4 fruits) and 2 tbsp fresh lime juice. Mix well.

Refrigerate the tea until completely cold, at least 1 hour.

Serve over 4 cups ice cubes in tall glasses. Stir before pouring as the passionfruit may settle.
