Ingredients

  • 4 black tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 tbsp passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen, about 4 fruits)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 cups ice cubes

Instructions

    Steep 4 black tea bags in 4 cups boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool to room temperature.

    While the tea is still warm, stir in 2 tbsp honey until dissolved.

    Stir in 4 tbsp passionfruit pulp (fresh or frozen, about 4 fruits) and 2 tbsp fresh lime juice. Mix well.

    Refrigerate the tea until completely cold, at least 1 hour.

    Serve over 4 cups ice cubes in tall glasses. Stir before pouring as the passionfruit may settle.
