Sriracha Aioli
Creamy, garlicky aioli with a spicy sriracha kick, perfect for burgers, fries, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce for vegetables. This fusion condiment combines French technique with Asian flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sriracha sauce, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp fresh lime juice.

Whisk ingredients together until smooth and well blended. The aioli should have a light orange-pink color.
