  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle brine
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the 1 lb rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente.
