Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (canned)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground), peeled, grated
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)

Add 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 1 sliced frozen banana, 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (canned), 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, 1/2 tsp peeled, grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground), 1/8 tsp black pepper, and 2 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional) to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or additional coconut milk.
