  • 14 oz cocktail franks (Lil' Smokies or similar), patted dry
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Open 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate into triangles along the perforations. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.

    Spread a small amount of 2 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard on each dough triangle.

    Place one patted dry cocktail franks (Lil' Smokies or similar) at the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point, wrapping the dough around the frank.

    Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.

    Brush with 1 beaten (for egg wash) large egg and sprinkle with 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional) if desired.
