Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp prepared sea moss gel
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. 1

Add 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk), 2 tbsp prepared sea moss gel, 1 sliced frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional) (if using) to a high-speed blender.

  2. 2

If a thicker smoothie is desired, add 4-6 ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture).

  3. 3

Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy, with no visible pieces of fruit or sea moss gel remaining.

  4. 4

If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

  5. 5

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.

  6. 6

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

  7. 7

Note: Sea moss gel can be purchased ready-made or prepared at home by soaking dried sea moss in water for 24 hours, then blending with fresh water until smooth.
