Ingredients

  • 4 bagels (plain, everything, or sesame), halved, toasted
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

    Toast 4 halved, toasted bagels (plain, everything, or sesame) and arrange them cut-side up around a large wooden board or platter.

    Place 8 oz softened cream cheese in a small bowl or spread it directly in a section of the board.

    Arrange 8 oz smoked salmon in loose folds across the board.

    Fill in gaps with 1 cup thinly sliced English cucumber, 1/2 small thinly sliced red onion, and 1 cut into wedges lemon.

    Scatter 2 tbsp drained capers over the salmon and sprinkle 1/4 cup fresh dill across the board.
