Smoked Salmon Bagel Board
A crowd-pleasing spread of sliced bagels, smoked salmon, cream cheese, and classic toppings arranged on a board for self-serve brunch or breakfast entertaining.
Ingredients
- 4 bagels (plain, everything, or sesame), halved, toasted
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Toast 4 halved, toasted bagels (plain, everything, or sesame) and arrange them cut-side up around a large wooden board or platter.

Place 8 oz softened cream cheese in a small bowl or spread it directly in a section of the board.

Arrange 8 oz smoked salmon in loose folds across the board.

Fill in gaps with 1 cup thinly sliced English cucumber, 1/2 small thinly sliced red onion, and 1 cut into wedges lemon.

Scatter 2 tbsp drained capers over the salmon and sprinkle 1/4 cup fresh dill across the board.

Dust the cream cheese with 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional) if using. Serve immediately so guests can build their own bagels.
