  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • 4 fresh strawberries (for garnish)

    If using fresh 2 cups hulled fresh or frozen strawberries, place them in the freezer for 15 minutes before blending to ensure a thick, cold milkshake. If already frozen, proceed directly.

    Add 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, 3 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 tsp granulated sugar, and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender.

    Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth. Check the consistency: if too thick to drink, add a splash more milk and blend briefly. If too thin, add another scoop of ice cream.

    Divide between two chilled glasses. Top with 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping) and 4 fresh strawberries (for garnish). Serve immediately with a straw.
