Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Mousse
A thick, airy mousse blended from Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and cocoa that delivers rich chocolate-peanut flavor with a serious protein punch.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)

Add 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup whole milk (or milk of choice), and 1/8 tsp salt to a blender or food processor.

Blend on high until completely smooth and airy, about 1 minute. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.

Spoon the mousse into 4 serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
