White Russian
A decadent dessert cocktail of vodka, coffee liqueur, and heavy cream that floats in a dreamy layer. Rich, velvety, and gently caffeinated, it is best sipped slowly.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
- 1 oz heavy cream
- as needed ice cubes

Fill a rocks glass with as needed ice cubes.

Pour 2 oz vodka and 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua) over the ice and stir briefly to combine.

Gently float 1 oz heavy cream over the top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.

The cream will create a distinct white layer. Do not stir immediately.

Serve as is; the drinker can stir to combine or enjoy the two-tone layers.
