Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Thick and chewy bakery style cookies packed with semi-sweet chocolate chips and rich melted butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Whisk together 1 cup melted unsalted butter, 1 cup packed light brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.

Beat in 2 large eggs and 2 tsp vanilla extract until light and creamy.

Stir in 2.5 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp fine sea salt just until combined.

Fold in 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips and chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
