Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Crispy baked cauliflower florets tossed in spicy buffalo sauce. A vegetarian twist on classic wings.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Mix 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1/4 tsp salt to make a batter.

Coat 1 head cut into florets cauliflower in batter and bake at 425°F until crisp.

Toss baked cauliflower in 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and serve.
