    Divide 3 cups cooked sushi rice (seasoned) between two bowls.

    Arrange the 8 oz halved lengthwise cooked shrimp, 2 beaten and pan-fried thin, sliced eggs, 1 julienned cucumber, 1 sliced avocado, and 1/2 cup shredded or julienned carrots in sections on top of the rice.
