Mint Lemonade
A bright, herb-forward lemonade blended with a generous handful of fresh mint for a vivid green color and intensely refreshing flavor. Perfect for outdoor gatherings.
Ingredients
- 6 fresh lemons, juiced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 4 cups ice cubes

Add 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1 cup of cold water to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.

Strain the mint liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract all the liquid. Discard the mint pulp.

Add the freshly squeezed juice of 6 juiced fresh lemons to the pitcher.

Stir in the remaining 4 cups cold water and taste for sweetness, adjusting as needed.

Serve over 4 cups ice cubes in tall glasses, garnished with a sprig of fresh mint.
