Cooked pasta tossed in olive oil, parmesan, and Italian seasoning, then baked until crunchy for a viral dippable snack made from a pantry staple.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cavatappi pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss 8 oz cooked and drained cavatappi pasta with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning until every piece is coated.

Spread the pasta in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
