Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, canned, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Mix until smooth.

    Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 3/4 of the 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes if desired.

    Add the 10 oz thawed and squeezed dry frozen chopped spinach and 14 oz canned, drained and chopped artichoke hearts. Mix well to combine.

    Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 of the mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
