Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

- 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 8 sheets graham crackers (for dipping)

In a large bowl, beat the 8 oz softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute.

Add the 1/2 cup powdered sugar and beat again until fully combined.

Gently fold in the 2 cups whipped topping, thawed until the mixture is light and airy, with no streaks remaining.

Fold in the 1 cup diced strawberries, reserving a few pieces to scatter on top.
