Air Fryer Keto Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Bites
Bite-sized chunks of seasoned chicken breast wrapped in smoky bacon and air-fried until the bacon crisps and the chicken is juicy. Zero carbs, high fat, and ready in under 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 strips thin-cut bacon strips, cut in thirds
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 24 wooden toothpicks (soaked in water 10 min), soaked

Season 1 lb cut into 1-inch cubes boneless, skinless chicken breast with 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and a light pinch of 1/4 tsp kosher salt — bacon adds plenty of salt on its own.

Wrap each chicken cube with a piece of thin-cut bacon strips (cut in thirds) and secure with a soaked wooden toothpicks (soaked in water 10 min).

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 3 minutes.

Place the wrapped bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, seam-side down. Cook at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the bacon is crisp and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Remove toothpicks carefully before serving. Let rest 2 minutes and serve immediately.
