Instructions

    Combine 1 cup yellow mustard, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tsp hot sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.

    Stir in 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, and 1/2 tsp kosher salt.

    Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the sugar is fully dissolved.
