Cinnamon Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso
A coffeehouse-inspired iced shaken espresso sweetened with cinnamon-brown sugar syrup and topped with oat milk. Bold espresso, warm spice, and a frothy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 freshly brewed espresso shots
- 2 tbsp brown sugar simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup oat milk

Brew 2 freshly brewed espresso shots and let cool for 1 minute.

Add 8 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the hot espresso, 2 tbsp brown sugar simple syrup, and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.

Seal tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until cold and frothy.

Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

Pour 1/2 cup oat milk over the top for a creamy layer. Serve immediately.
