Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl with Honey and Walnuts
A nourishing no-cook breakfast bowl of thick Greek yogurt layered with toasted walnuts, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey. Protein-rich and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup walnut halves, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries), hulled and halved
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Stir 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract into 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt until combined. Divide evenly between two bowls.

Scatter 1/4 cup roughly chopped walnut halves and 1/2 cup hulled and halved fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) over each bowl.

Drizzle 2 tbsp honey over the top and finish with a dusting of 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
