Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred, drained), patted dry
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic clove

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat 1 cup patted dry roasted red peppers (jarred, drained) very dry with paper towels to avoid a watery dip.

  2. 2

Add 8 oz crumbled block feta cheese, 4 oz softened cream cheese, the roasted peppers, 1 clove garlic clove, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes to a food processor or blender.

  3. 3

Pulse until the mixture is mostly smooth with just a little texture remaining, scraping down the sides as needed.

  4. 4

With the processor running, drizzle in 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil and blend until creamy.

  5. 5

Taste and adjust lemon juice or red pepper flakes to your preference. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp dried oregano over the top.

  6. 6

Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with a little extra olive oil, and serve at room temperature.
