Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach, packed
  • 1/2 English cucumber, chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored, chopped
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

    Add 2 cups baby spinach, packed, 1/2 chopped English cucumber, 1 cored, chopped green apple, and 1 inch peeled fresh ginger to a blender.

    Pour in 1 cup coconut water and 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice. Add 8 ice cubes.

    Blend on high for 90 seconds until completely smooth.

    Taste and add more lemon juice if desired. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
