Keto Bulletproof Coffee
A creamy, energizing blended coffee made with freshly brewed coffee, grass-fed butter, and MCT oil to create a frothy, satisfying keto morning drink that keeps you full for hours.
Ingredients
- 12 oz hot brewed coffee (or 2 shots espresso topped with hot water), freshly brewed
- 1 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter (or ghee)
- 1 tbsp MCT oil (or coconut oil)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional)

Brew 12 oz freshly brewed hot brewed coffee (or 2 shots espresso topped with hot water). The coffee should be very hot.

Pour the hot coffee into a blender. Add 1 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter (or ghee), 1 tbsp MCT oil (or coconut oil), 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional) if using.

Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is frothy and emulsified, resembling a latte.
