Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries and blueberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp honey, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. 2

Fold 1 cup chopped strawberries and blueberries into the yogurt mixture, keeping some texture rather than mashing it smooth.

  3. 3

Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart, to form small clusters.

  4. 4

Freeze the clusters until firm, at least 2 hours.

  5. 5

Melt 4 oz chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.

  6. 6

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen clusters and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt. Return to the freezer until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes, before serving.
