Frozen Yogurt Fruit Clusters
Greek yogurt studded with fresh berries, spooned into bite-sized clusters, frozen solid, and finished with a dark chocolate drizzle for the viral no-bake treat that took over TikTok. Plan ahead: freeze at least 2 hours until firm.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries and blueberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
-
1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp honey, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
-
2
Fold 1 cup chopped strawberries and blueberries into the yogurt mixture, keeping some texture rather than mashing it smooth.
-
3
Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart, to form small clusters.
-
4
Freeze the clusters until firm, at least 2 hours.
-
5
Melt 4 oz chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
-
6
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen clusters and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt. Return to the freezer until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes, before serving.
