  • 4 tbsp brown sugar simple syrup (equal parts brown sugar and water, heated to dissolve)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup barista-style oat milk
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

    Brew 4 shots freshly brewed espresso shots and let cool 1 minute.

    In a cocktail shaker or jar with a tight lid, combine the espresso, 4 tbsp brown sugar simple syrup (equal parts brown sugar and water, heated to dissolve), 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract, and half of the 2 cups ice cubes.

    Seal and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the mixture is cold and frothy.
