Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso
Shots of espresso shaken with brown sugar syrup and ice until frothy, then poured over oat milk for a creamy, barista-style iced coffee drink.
Ingredients
- 4 shots freshly brewed espresso shots
- 4 tbsp brown sugar simple syrup (equal parts brown sugar and water, heated to dissolve)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup barista-style oat milk
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Brew 4 shots freshly brewed espresso shots and let cool 1 minute.

In a cocktail shaker or jar with a tight lid, combine the espresso, 4 tbsp brown sugar simple syrup (equal parts brown sugar and water, heated to dissolve), 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract, and half of the 2 cups ice cubes.

Seal and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the mixture is cold and frothy.

Fill two glasses with the remaining ice and pour 1 cup barista-style oat milk into each glass.

Strain the shaken espresso over the oat milk, letting the frothy layer settle on top. Serve immediately.
