Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
