Soju Yogurt Cocktail
A creamy, tangy Korean cocktail that blends soju with liquid yogurt drink for a smooth, mildly sweet sipper popular at Korean bars and restaurants.
Ingredients
- 8 oz soju (Korean rice liquor), chilled
- 4 bottles Yakult or Calpico yogurt drink, chilled
- 4 oz chilled sparkling water (optional, for fizz)
- as needed ice cubes
- 2 lemon slice (for garnish)

Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.

Pour 8 oz chilled soju (Korean rice liquor) evenly between the two glasses.

Add 4 bottles Yakult or Calpico yogurt drink to each glass and stir gently to combine.

Top each glass with 4 oz chilled sparkling water (optional, for fizz) if desired for a lighter, fizzy version.
