  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • 8 oz crackers or bagel chips (for serving)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, beat 16 oz softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, half the cooked bacon, 4 thinly sliced green onions, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp hot sauce (such as Tabasco) until combined.

    Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.

    Spread remaining 8 strips cooked and crumbled bacon on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in bacon, pressing to coat.
