- 8 cups plain popped popcorn, unpopped kernels removed
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fall-colored sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread 8 cups plain popped popcorn on the sheet.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup candy corn and 2 tbsp unsalted butter together, stirring often, until smooth.

Drizzle the melted candy corn mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt.

Bake for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through, then let cool for 5 minutes.

Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second bursts, drizzle it over the popcorn, and scatter 2 tbsp fall-colored sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
