Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup buttermilk, and 1/4 cup sour cream until smooth.

    Stir in 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 2 tbsp minced fresh chives, 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder.

    Add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice and season with 1/2 tsp kosher salt and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.

    Whisk to combine thoroughly, then taste and adjust seasoning.

    For dipping consistency, use as is. For a pourable dressing, thin with an additional splash of buttermilk.
