  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed

Instructions
