Ingredients

  • 2 cans canned chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, squeezed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
