Baked Salmon with Dill
Tender salmon fillets baked with a creamy dill sauce and a touch of fresh lemon juice. Inspired by Eastern European home cooking, this simple dish comes together quickly.

- 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.

Arrange 4 skin-on salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet skin-side down.

Spread the cream mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
