Sweet Rice Balls in Coconut Milk
Tender, chewy glutinous rice dumplings served in a warm, fragrant coconut milk broth infused with pandan and palm sugar.

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 6 tbsp warm water
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup palm sugar, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 pandan leaf, tied in knot

In a bowl, combine 1 cup glutinous rice flour and 6 tbsp warm water, kneading into a smooth, pliable dough.

Roll dough into small, half-inch balls and set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, drop in dough balls, and cook until they float to the surface.

In a separate saucepan, combine 2 cups coconut milk, 1/4 cup chopped palm sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, and 2 tied in knot pandan leaf over medium heat until hot and sugar dissolves.
