Ingredients

  • 2 lbs wax apples or guavas, sliced
  • 6 tbsp palm sugar, shaved
  • 2 bird's eye chilies, stemmed
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp warm water

Instructions
