Rosemary Focaccia
A classic Italian flatbread featuring a golden crispy crust, airy interior, extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary, and flaky sea salt.
Ingredients
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Combine 4 cups bread flour, 2 tsp instant yeast, and 1 tsp fine sea salt in a large bowl.

Pour in 1.5 cups warm water and 1/4 cup divided extra virgin olive oil, then stir until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for 2 hours until doubled in size.

Transfer the dough to a baking pan greased with 1/4 cup divided extra virgin olive oil.

Dimple the surface with your fingers, then top with 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves and 1 tsp flaky sea salt.
