Ingredients

  • 4 cups hot dark roast coffee
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 6 sugar cubes
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, snapped
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 4 strips orange peel, sliced
  • 2 strips lemon peel, sliced

Instructions

    Stud 4 strips sliced orange peel and 2 strips sliced lemon peel with 12 whole cloves.

    Place the studded citrus peels, 2 snapped cinnamon sticks, 6 sugar cubes, 1/2 cup brandy, and 1/4 cup orange liqueur into a fireproof bowl over low heat.
