Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine 12 oz sliced into thin strips prepared jellyfish (pre-cooked, ready-to-eat), 1/2 julienned cucumber, 1/2 julienned carrot, 1/2 cup julienned daikon radish, 4 sliced green onions, 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, and 1/2 cup torn fresh mint.

    In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tsp fish sauce, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/2 sliced red chili to create the dressing.
