Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cassava root, peeled, cubed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup grated coconut

Instructions
